Description	Renovate existing bathrooms in designated locations in Group Homes. This bid is to renovate bathrooms in three separate homes in Houghton County and two separate homes in Baraga County. The work involves replacing drywall, plumbing fixtures, casework, doors, and lighting fixtures. Other construction includes epoxy flooring, heating, and ventilation. Recognizing the backlog of work for contractors, the Owner remains flexible with proposed project start and completion dates.
